As an investor in Commercial Property you will be interacting
with a number of commercial property agents who
will generally be people who will act as your realestate guide, and real
estate Counselors, each of whom will give you realestate advice, and of
course the inevitable rank and file of Commercial Estate Agents, Commercial
Letting Agents and other support staff. We look here at what is it takes
to be a good Commercial Broker , and of course the other staff too who work
in the realestate company.
Good and Successful Commercial Estate Agencies are always backed by and interact with realestate companies, realestate professionals, commercial brokers, and letting agents. Each of them really speaking (and no pun intended here) are professionals who have studied hard, worked hard, and are successful realtor expert in their chosen domain and have generally qualified a UK professional and statutory exam.
A Commercial Broker in a Commercial Estate Agency is not to be mixed with a real estate agent. A broker in the UK in a realtor's agency normally has a few real estate agents work for him.
Savvy Commercial Brokers have a clutch of personnel ranging from Realestate
consultants, letting agent, property consultants, who actually drive business
to the commercial property agent.
A good Commercial Broker normally starts out as an Agent who handles commercial
property for lease, commercial
property for sale in commercial real estate agencies or in a property
management agency. Sometimes they also start out as a Real Estate consultant
or as real estate sales people in large realtors agencies such as Knight
Frank.
Commercial property real estate agents wanting to become Brokers as we said
earlier normally work with Brokers for three to five years before they apply
for their brokerage License. However a person's personality and Personal
traits are just as important for an agent to morph to a successful Broker.
A Broker needs to be trusted at many levels, therefore to start with he
must have a pleasant personality, be discreet, and most important of all
be honest.
A Broker must be able to smell Real Estate opportunities, which may not be visible normally and he must be able to understand and deal with issues arising from Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Practice and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.
London commercial estate agents, London commercial property
agents now have a chance of making serious money with the upswing in
the real estate activity especially in the Lease and Rental Sector.
As an investor your primary aim is to form a group of commercial property
agents or a team consisting of Real Estate Guides, Real Estate Counselors,
real estate brokers, letting agents, Commercial brokers of good realestate
companies, Good Accountants and a Banker who thinks the way you do.
Once you have this team in place you need to then know the lay of the realty land and begin your investment activities, Success!
