We advertise your property with multi agents in each town or city which we have pre-approved, creating competition and maximising viewings. This makes the agents hungry and working to secure a let as quickly as possible.

We take control of the referencing process to ensure the best possible tenants are secured and credit checked. We also introduce a rent guarantee policy on every tenant which guarantees your rent when a tenant falls out of work or becomes made redundant. We also implement a £25'000 legal cover policy which covers the costs in the unlikely event of an eviction.

We have a very proactive marketing strategy which ensures your property is let before the property is available. We also take care of any changeovers in tenancies instructing agents in the area of your property to find tenants.

We stay in touch with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the tenants and collect deposits for you via the safty deposit scheme. We also carry out a full inventory check on all items in the property to ensure all damage or loss is documented and costs recovered from the deposit.
