We said we won't lose contact so you can look forward to a full review every six months. These regular reviews are one of the most important parts of the whole process. During the review we'll check that everything is meeting with your expectations and the search for a new property will begin, and as soon as you're ready the new property can be purchased.

The property, mortgage and rental markets are constantly changing which means that the choices available to you may differ for each review we conduct on your behalf. It is therefore really important that we look at all 3 at the same time to maximize the potential for your portfolio. We want to get your money working as hard as possible to keep you on track

As with our initial review, should you decide to purchase another property we will make a recommendation for your on your next property and , with your approval, instruct the mortgage broker and lawyer on your behalf to set you on your way to building your pension in property.
